Job Interview Question" Have you any question for me"
“Have you any question?” this interview question seems very
easy but ,this is most common interview question to ask. And answer ''NO'' means you have missed an opportunity
to know about organization and also you can lose that job because it shows you
have no interest in the job or the company.
Asking the right
question is an opportunity to show your qualities and professional knowledge . Don,t
ask questions which are already mentioned
on the company website.
Your question should be short and simple. And do not ask so many
questions. 2-3 questions should be enough.
Here are some examples:-
“Would you tell me something about your journey in this
company?”
“Sir, if I get a chance to join this company, what are the skill I have to develop before
joining?”
“If I am not selected , please let me know what should I
improve?”
“Thank you sir,can you tell me some of my weak points that I
should improve”
This a very tricky HR interview question.Never use any wrong words for your current BOSS or peers and never share negative experience of your current/past organisation, don't use words like I hate my boss or I am sick of working.Be positive, change is law of nature and everyone wants a great future ahead and HR mangers knows this.
Always start your answer with positive note,be thankful your current boss or company to giving opportunity to work.Always be honest because as we know"Honesty is best policy".
Recent graduate start expecting a lot many things too early, but they should realize that success in college life does not determine success in job.We should not judge others as well ourselves on the basis of our past achievements and failures. But interviewing for a job after college can be a different than interviewing for on-campus job and unfortunately mistakes are very common.
Below are three common mistakes fresh graduates make in a job interview:-
1-They discuss all their wonderful future plans with their employer
Any graduate has a great future plan for his higher studies and he want to work for 2-3 years with a company then he has plan to go to grad school. This plan might be wonderful but can not be a long term commitment with your employer.
Suggestion:-
Yes you have your future plans but you you will get great opportunity in your job really you will love your job and you have option of distance learning.
2-More focus on the benefits and location, not the role you are getting
In this situation employer is concerned with how interviewee get the job done, not how much interviewee looking forward or relocating to the city.
Suggestion:-
Try this "This is clear that this company has a nice culture, and I am really excited to dig into this role with this great location".
