This a very tricky HR interview question.Never use any wrong words for your current BOSS or peers and never share negative experience of your current/past organisation,don't use words like I hate my boss or I am sick of working.Be positive,change is law of nature and everyone wants a great future ahead and HR mangers knows this.
Always start your answer with positive note,be thankful your current boss or company to giving opportunity to work.Always be honest because as we know"Honesty is best policy".
